Job Description
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and looking to kickstart your career in hospitality? Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. is seeking a motivated Food Runner to join our busy Southbank team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience, as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic dining experience by delivering food efficiently and accurately, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure accuracy of all food orders before delivery, checking for special requests and dietary requirements.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables promptly to prepare for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house staff as needed, including restocking cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
