Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our dynamic online customer service team in Fremantle. As an integral part of our fast-growing brand, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience through our live chat platform. This role requires an immediate start and offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading Australian retailer’s digital success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer product inquiries, provide technical support, and assist with order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Guide customers through the online purchasing process, including product selection and checkout assistance.
- Provide information on promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce best practices.
