Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic E-commerce Personalization Engraver to join our team in Canterbury. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced laser engraving machines to create high-quality, personalized products for our online customers. This is a hands-on position that requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Full training on machine operation and software will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn a specialized craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laser engraving machinery with precision and care.
- Prepare various materials (e.g., metal, wood, acrylic, glass) for engraving.
- Load and unload items onto the engraving machine, ensuring correct alignment and setup.
- Monitor engraving processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Perform quality checks on all finished products to ensure they meet Timpson's high standards.
- Package personalized items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of engraving equipment.
- Manage inventory of engraving materials and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
