Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Platform Migration Assistant to join our dynamic team on a remote contract basis. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data extraction, cleansing, and import processes for product catalogs, customer information, and order history.
- Support the testing and quality assurance of migrated data and platform functionality.
- Document migration procedures, configurations, and post-migration checks.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination and communication.
- Provide general support to ensure a smooth transition for clients to new e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
