Chili’s Grill & Bar in Palmdale is actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Server / Wait Staff. No prior experience is required – we are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed! As a Server / Wait Staff member, you will be the face of Chili’s, providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will learn the ropes from the ground up, supported by a friendly team and dedicated trainers. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the art of taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Understand our menu thoroughly to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Assist guests with any requests and ensure their dining experience is exceptional.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during service.
Required Skills
