Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Fremantle. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real-time via our e-commerce chat platform, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and general website navigation.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and support to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, product team) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate and beneficial to the customer.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and knowledge base.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or chat support environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of online retail trends and customer expectations.
  • Experience working with a fast-growing brand or startup.
