Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research and selection of event venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Support the planning team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Help with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Contribute to the development of event concepts, themes, and marketing materials.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and attendee communications.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
  • Learn to manage event budgets and timelines under supervision.
  • Provide general support to the event planning team as needed.
