Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Sustainable Packaging Line Worker for the day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates to contribute to our mission of environmentally responsible manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and quality packaging of our sustainable products, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and upholding our high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure adherence to packaging standards.
- Perform routine quality checks and document results accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to assist with machine operation.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
