Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our After-Hours Customer Care team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home while earning premium hourly rates for your commitment during evening and weekend shifts. You will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through various banking services outside of standard business hours. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during after-hours shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding banking products, services, and accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and prompt service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work flexible after-hours shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
