Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Demo Booker to join our remote B2B Tech Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling product demonstrations for our sales executives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to start or grow their career in the fast-paced tech industry. Full training on our software solutions and sales processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads within target industries.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their business needs.
- Successfully schedule and confirm software demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales executives to optimize scheduling and follow-up processes.
- Stay informed about our software offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value.
