Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mystery Shoppers in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to help us maintain and enhance the high standards of customer service and store presentation that Tesco is known for. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in providing invaluable feedback on various aspects of our stores, from the cleanliness of aisles to the friendliness of our staff and the availability of products. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Tesco store locations discreetly and anonymously within Liverpool and surrounding areas.
- Evaluate customer service interactions, including greetings, product knowledge, and checkout efficiency.
- Assess store cleanliness, organization, product availability, and display standards.
- Observe and report on specific criteria as outlined in each assignment briefing.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports accurately and within specified deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery shopping task.
Required Skills
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Reliable access to transport for store visits in Liverpool (e.g., public transport or personal vehicle).
- Proficient in using a computer or smartphone for online report submission.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments (not mandatory, but a plus).
