Job Description

Join Verizon as a Remote Live Chat Agent and provide outstanding text-based customer support from the comfort of your home. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our products and services—all through live chat. We’re looking for individuals with excellent written communication skills and a passion for helping others. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities
