Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify product counts and ensure items match order details using handheld scanners or manual lists.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Organize and prepare picked orders for staging and shipment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading orders and counting items.
- Eagerness to learn and take direction.
- Commitment to safety guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
