Job Description
As a City Graffiti Removal Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic integrity of Las Vegas. Operating independently with a company-provided vehicle, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and safely removing graffiti from public and private properties across designated routes. This role requires diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to public service. Full training on equipment and removal techniques will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided vehicle to patrol designated areas for graffiti.
- Identify and assess various types of graffiti on public and private properties.
- Apply appropriate removal techniques (e.g., pressure washing, chemical treatments, painting) safely and effectively.
- Properly dispose of waste materials and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
- Document graffiti incidents, removal progress, and completed work using digital tools.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in the company vehicle.
- Ensure the safe operation and routine maintenance of assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and challenges.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, maintenance, or similar field.
- Experience operating pressure washers or other cleaning equipment.
- Familiarity with local Las Vegas areas and street navigation.
