Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Scaffolders Labourer to join our team in Salford. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals keen to start a career in construction, specifically within scaffolding. You will be an integral part of the scaffolding crew, providing essential support to experienced scaffolders, ensuring materials are on-site and in good order, and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. Full training will be provided to help you understand scaffolding practices and safety standards. This role requires physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified scaffolders with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
  • Load, unload, and move scaffolding components and materials around the site.
  • Organise and maintain scaffolding equipment, ensuring it is clean, stored correctly, and ready for use.
  • Help to ensure the worksite is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies diligently.
  • Perform general labouring duties as required to support site operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the scaffolding team and other site personnel.
