Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of a diverse calendar of social, recreational, and educational activities.
- Lead and facilitate daily group and individual activities, ensuring resident participation and enjoyment.
- Help residents travel to and from activities, providing encouragement and support.
- Engage with residents to understand their interests and preferences, adapting activities accordingly.
- Set up and clean up activity areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Document resident participation and report on activity outcomes.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a holistic and stimulating environment for residents.
- Maintain activity supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of needs.
