Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a diverse calendar of social, recreational, and educational activities.
  • Lead and facilitate daily group and individual activities, ensuring resident participation and enjoyment.
  • Help residents travel to and from activities, providing encouragement and support.
  • Engage with residents to understand their interests and preferences, adapting activities accordingly.
  • Set up and clean up activity areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
  • Document resident participation and report on activity outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a holistic and stimulating environment for residents.
  • Maintain activity supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of needs.
