Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in a supportive and busy administrative environment? Serco Group plc is seeking a motivated and reliable Filing & Post Room Clerk to join our team in Sidcup. This is an immediate start, entry-level position where no previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of information and communications within our office, contributing significantly to our daily operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting, distributing, and collecting incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and internal communications.
  • Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems, including archiving and retrieval of documents.
  • Scanning, photocopying, and collating documents as required.
  • Ensuring the post room and filing areas are kept tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assisting with general office administrative tasks as needed, such as stationery management or basic data entry.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding data protection and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
