Job Description

This is a full-time position offering comprehensive training, meaning no prior experience in healthcare is necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Transporting patients safely and comfortably between wards, departments, and clinics.
- Moving equipment, medical records, samples, specimens, and laboratory results around the hospital.
- Delivering mail, supplies, and laundry to various areas.
- Assisting with the safe movement of deceased patients to the mortuary.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in communal areas and equipment.
- Responding promptly to requests from medical and nursing staff.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and hospital policies.
- Providing compassionate support to patients and their families.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
