Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Campground / RV Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our premier RV resorts near Irving, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining the property, and achieving financial goals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the RV park's daily operations, including guest services, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs.
- Oversee property maintenance, ensuring grounds, facilities, and amenities are well-maintained, safe, and appealing.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate park staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, including managing online presence and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Coordinate and organize community events and activities to enhance the guest experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management, property management, or a related field (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping, maintenance, and facility operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing an RV park, campground, or resort.
- Experience with HOA or community management.
- Certification in property management (e.g., CAM, CPM).
