Job Description
Join our energetic team as Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff for an exciting summer of events in Louisville, KY! This temporary role is perfect for individuals looking for a dynamic work environment, the opportunity to be part of major cultural events, and gain valuable customer service experience. You will be at the forefront of welcoming attendees, ensuring smooth entry, and providing essential information. Key Responsibilities
- Greet festival attendees with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Verify tickets, passes, and credentials accurately.
- Distribute and apply wristbands and accreditation badges.
- Provide clear directions and information regarding festival entry, amenities, and schedules.
- Assist with basic problem-solving related to entry issues or lost credentials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all festival security and safety protocols.
