Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Industrial Cleaner to join our night shift team in Johns Creek, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in facility services, as full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of industrial facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment for all occupants. This role offers premium pay for night shift work and a chance to grow with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in industrial settings.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, machinery, and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Follow specific cleaning schedules and procedures for various areas of the facility.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
