Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Condominium Concierge / Front Desk professional to join our team for night shifts. This is an On-site position crucial for maintaining the security and excellent service standards of The Rosewood Condominium. The ideal candidate will thrive in a quiet, independent work environment, providing exceptional front-line service to residents and managing building access during the overnight hours. This role involves overseeing security, handling resident inquiries, and performing light administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our residential community. Experience is preferred, but we value strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and authorized visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor building access control systems and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Respond to resident inquiries and address concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas to ensure security and report any irregularities.
- Handle emergency situations according to established protocols, including contacting appropriate personnel.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as logging incidents and updating daily reports.
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist residents with various requests, including booking amenities or arranging services.
- Liaise with building management and security personnel as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging information and using access control systems.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment, especially during night shifts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a front desk, concierge, or security role.
- Experience in residential or hospitality environments.
- Knowledge of building security procedures and alarm systems.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to de-escalate minor conflicts or handle challenging situations calmly.
