Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and modify existing bookings, handle cancellations, and resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and meticulous attention to detail in all booking processes.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and Expedia Group product offerings.
  • Utilize various internal tools and systems to research, book, and manage travel arrangements.
