Job Description
Join Outback Events Management as a Ticketing Assistant for our vibrant concerts and sports events in Port Augusta! You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing ticket sales, and ensuring a smooth entry experience for all attendees. Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket sales accurately using our electronic ticketing system.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering inquiries about events, seating, and venue policies.
- Assist patrons with ticket collection and resolve any ticketing issues professionally.
- Scan tickets at entry points, ensuring all attendees have valid credentials.
- Manage cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accurate records.
- Direct patrons to their seats or various venue facilities as needed.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure a positive and safe environment for all attendees.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and cash handling protocols.
