Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor textile machinery under supervision, ensuring efficient production
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
- Perform quality checks on textiles throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as directed
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Required Skills
- No previous experience required – full training provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Basic understanding of workplace safety principles
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and repetitive movements
Preferred Qualifications
