Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Port Lincoln. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations across our retail and logistics functions, providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone interacting with our services. While prior experience in a similar role is a plus, we provide comprehensive training for candidates eager to learn and grow within our dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within established guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests.
  • Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with selections.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock management related to customer orders.
