Job Description
As a WFH Dispatcher Assistant – Logistics Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dispatch operations remotely. This entry-level position is perfect for highly organized individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment from the comfort of their home. You will assist with coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring smooth logistical flow. Key Responsibilities
- Assist dispatchers with scheduling and routing of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and special instructions.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to dispatchers and clients.
- Data entry and maintenance of logistics records and databases.
- Respond to inquiries from drivers and internal teams in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments.
- Report any issues or delays to senior dispatch personnel.
- Contribute to improving dispatch efficiency and accuracy.
