Key Responsibilities
- Receive and categorize incoming healthcare claims documents electronically.
- Verify basic patient and provider information against established criteria.
- Route claims to the appropriate department for further processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations (e.g., Australian Privacy Principles).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workload and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.
