Job Description

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic production environment? Molson Coors is seeking a dedicated Brewery Keg Washer to join our team in Longueuil. This vital position involves the thorough cleaning and sanitization of kegs, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards for refilling. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate keg washing and filling machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of kegs according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform visual inspections of kegs for damage or defects before and after washing.
  • Monitor water temperatures, chemical concentrations, and machine settings.
  • Document cleaning cycles and other relevant production data accurately.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout, chemical handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and repetitive motions.
  • Comfortable working in a wet, warm, and sometimes noisy industrial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and hygiene.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
  • Basic communication skills in French or English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (especially food/beverage).
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or HACCP principles.
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience operating machinery.
