Job Description

This is a vital manual labour role where your effort directly impacts our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently unload containers, manually handling various goods and products.
- Sort and stage incoming inventory according to warehouse procedures.
- Verify product quantities against manifests and report discrepancies.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as required after training.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly (up to 25kg).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety practices.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to understand work orders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labour role is a bonus but not essential.
- Current forklift license (LF or LO) highly regarded but not required.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
