Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including account management, product information, and transaction support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in our systems.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services that may benefit them.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly customer service targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
