Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Day Shift Guest Services Associates on a casual basis at our Rydges Hotels & Resorts property in Belconnen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing outstanding service and contributing to a positive guest experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring their stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Full training will be provided to the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a friendly disposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Process check-outs efficiently and accurately, including handling payments.
  • Manage phone calls and email correspondence, directing queries appropriately.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
