Job Description
Join Toll Group as a Truck Offsider for national delivery operations. You will be an integral part of our delivery team, assisting our experienced drivers with the safe and efficient transportation of goods across Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with loading, unloading, and securing freight for national deliveries.
- Verify product counts and condition against manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the truck and at delivery sites.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as road transport regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with route navigation and administrative tasks as required.
