Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of the door manufacturing process, including assembly, sanding, and finishing.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Move and handle materials within the production area.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- No prior manufacturing experience required – full training provided.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights regularly.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a physical labour role is a plus, but not essential.
