Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general studio organization and tidiness, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Help prepare for client meetings, presentations, and internal workshops.
- Assist with basic equipment setup and maintenance for creative projects (e.g., photography, video shoots).
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail.
- Provide ad-hoc support to design, marketing, and production teams as needed.
- Maintain inventory of creative materials and studio resources.
