Job Description
Join Apollo Hospitals as a Blood Bank Donor Recruiter, a vital role dedicated to community outreach and securing life-saving blood donations. This position combines sales and outreach strategies to identify, engage, and persuade potential donors, ensuring our blood banks meet critical supply needs. You will be instrumental in organizing donor drives, building relationships within the community, and educating the public on the importance of blood donation. This role offers a competitive base salary along with performance-based commission for successful recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective strategies to recruit new blood donors from diverse communities.
- Conduct outreach activities, presentations, and events at corporate offices, educational institutions, community centers, and religious organizations.
- Educate potential donors on the eligibility criteria, donation process, and the critical impact of their contribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, corporate partners, and regular donors.
- Organize and manage blood donation drives, including logistics, scheduling, and volunteer coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly donor recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent Apollo Hospitals at public events and health fairs.
