Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team in Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you will work with clients across various industries to help them define and implement their strategic objectives, drive digital transformation, and unlock new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis, developing innovative solutions, and guiding clients through complex business challenges. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from our office and engaging with clients on-site as required, balancing collaboration with independent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to strategic projects, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and internal capability assessments to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
• Develop compelling business cases, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future engagements.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in management consulting or an in-house strategy role (minimum 4 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives or technology strategy.
• Sector-specific expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proficiency in additional languages.
