Job Description
Join Cintas Corporation as a Textile Weaving & Loom Operation Intern and embark on a hands-on learning experience within our dynamic textile operations. This entry-level internship is designed for individuals eager to learn the foundational aspects of textile production, specifically focusing on weaving processes and loom machinery. You will receive comprehensive training and work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable practical skills in a real-world manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for students or individuals looking to start a career in textile manufacturing with no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of various weaving looms under direct supervision.
- Learn to monitor loom performance, identify common issues, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Participate in quality control checks on woven fabrics, identifying defects and reporting them.
- Help with material handling, including loading and unloading textile raw materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Document weaving parameters and production outputs accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weaving processes and improve efficiency.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of textile manufacturing.
