Job Description
Are you passionate about art and helping others unleash their creative potential? Artistry Emporium is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Art Supplies Store Advisor to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering expert advice, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine interest in art, we encourage you to apply. Full training on our extensive product range will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach, providing expert advice on art supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and receiving shipments.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Participate in store events, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously.
Required Skills
- Passion for art and creative pursuits.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for POS operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
