Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Complete Starbucks' comprehensive barista training program with enthusiasm
- Learn to prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to all customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Embrace and embody Starbucks' mission and values
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not essential, but a plus)
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
