Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile customer billing statements and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer account information in our systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account discrepancies.
- Assist with payment processing and allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare reports on billing activities and account status.

- No prior experience in billing or finance is required – full training provided.
