Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Buffet Attendant to join our dynamic team in Dubbo. This full-time position offers reliable shifts within our bustling hotel environment. As a Buffet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining buffet stations, ensuring food is replenished promptly, and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and arrange food and beverage items on buffet lines before service begins.
  • Monitor food levels and replenish items frequently to ensure continuous availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of buffet stations, dining areas, and equipment.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clear and reset tables as needed, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Assist with inventory management and reporting low stock items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
