Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Ceramic Tile Glazing Line Loader to join our manufacturing team in Swansea. This is a full-time, immediate hire factory role, crucial to our production process. You will be responsible for efficiently loading ceramic tiles onto the glazing line, ensuring a smooth and continuous operation. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining production quality. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load raw ceramic tiles onto the automated glazing line in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Monitor the tile flow on the line, ensuring proper alignment and identifying any blockages or issues.
  • Perform quality checks on tiles before loading, removing any defective pieces.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all factory housekeeping standards.
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
  • Assist with other general production tasks as required by the shift supervisor.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
