Job Description
As a Change Management Coordinator – Corporate at ANZ Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of change initiatives across our corporate functions. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and employees to ensure a smooth transition, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. This role is essential in fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within our organization, contributing directly to strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans and strategies.
- Support the creation and dissemination of communication materials and training programs to prepare employees for upcoming changes.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions, to inform change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change adoption, identifying potential areas of resistance and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, HR, and other departments to integrate change management activities seamlessly into project lifecycles.
- Maintain meticulous documentation related to all change initiatives, including plans, reports, communication logs, and stakeholder analyses.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Change Management team, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and presentation purposes.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Understanding of basic project management principles and project lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is highly regarded.
- Previous experience with change management methodologies or frameworks in a corporate setting.
- Prior experience within the financial services industry or a large, complex organisation.
