Job Description
Are you an energetic, passionate individual who thrives on connecting with people and making a real impact? Melbourne Community Outreach is seeking dynamic Street Fundraisers to join our dedicated team in St Kilda. No prior fundraising experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you excel in this rewarding role. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members of the public in high-footfall areas of St Kilda to raise awareness for Melbourne Community Outreach's vital programs.
- Clearly and passionately articulate the charity's mission, goals, and impact to potential donors.
- Inspire individuals to become regular donors through direct debit contributions.
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of Melbourne Community Outreach at all times.
- Work towards and achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets.
- Record donor information accurately and securely.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
