Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant with a genuine ‘Health Focus’ to join our vibrant team in Belconnen. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar.
  • Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist chiropractors with patient flow and clinic preparation as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate patients on clinic services and wellness programs.
  • Manage clinic supplies and inventory.
  • Support marketing initiatives and community outreach events.
