Job Description
Are you looking for an easy, part-time role in the bustling entertainment scene of Fremantle? Harbour Lights Entertainment Group is seeking friendly and reliable Cloakroom Attendants to join our teams at various theatre and nightclub venues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible hours and a fun work environment. No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patrons with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Safely receiving, tagging, and storing personal belongings (coats, bags, etc.).
- Efficiently retrieving items for patrons upon departure.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized cloakroom area.
- Handling cash and processing small transactions accurately.
- Answering basic questions and providing directions to patrons.
- Adhering to venue policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (even retail or hospitality, but not essential).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (desirable but not mandatory).
