Job Description

Are you meticulous, reliable, and enjoy a dynamic work environment? Boulangerie St-Méthode is seeking a dedicated Commercial Bakery Packer to join our bustling Blainville team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for carefully packaging our freshly baked products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and are ready for distribution. This is an on-site, full-time position with weekly pay, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a fragrant, fast-paced setting where your contributions are valued. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pack various bakery products into appropriate containers and boxes.
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
  • Label packages correctly according to product type and destination.
  • Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently, as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed to support overall bakery operations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to a supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
