Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to join our team as a Community Center Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily operations and administrative tasks of the community center.
  • Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide information about programs and services.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, program rooms, and equipment.
  • Support program facilitators and instructors during scheduled activities and events.
  • Handle basic registration processes and maintain participant records.
  • Prepare rooms for meetings, classes, and special events.
  • Assist with outreach efforts and promotion of center activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth center functioning.
