Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Our McDonald’s location in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a dedicated Condiment Station Refiller to ensure our lobby condiment stations are always stocked, clean, and ready for our valued customers. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization, and enjoys contributing to a positive customer experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor and replenish condiment stations including ketchup, mustard, napkins, straws, and other essential items.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all condiment stations and surrounding lobby areas.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and other high-touch surfaces in the dining area as needed.
- Assist with general lobby upkeep, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for all guests.
- Communicate effectively with other team members regarding supply needs and station status.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers when approached.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
